The nut kicking was india's exclusion in the first round. sri lankas loss was nothing short of heart breaking..
To be gay... Oh! the injustice of the loss..
When australia bat they get glorious sunshine and paradise batting conditions. sri lanka has to deal with a cloud blanket.. the ball starts swinging..the m****r f***ing LTTE starts a bombing raid so that back home colombo is blanked out.. their rythm is constantly interrupted and the final oers are played in near darkness. (in sri lanka and the west indies)
man.. the spirited reply of the sri lankans was awesome. there is not one iota of shame in the loss. from the first ball four to sanath and sangakara's heroics. they showed some serious spirit.
for the first time in three world cups there was a serious challenge to australia.
full marks to adam gilchrist. he was the difference between the sides. but australia really were more lucky than outright winners.
my salute to the sri lankans, the home boys of this blog. hold your heads high.
If the LTTE wants to do something for sri lankan tamils... they should kidnap the match referee. while they are at it they should get mike denness and daryl hair as well.
p.s cheering narayan karthikeyan on A1 racing.. 4th place so far.. its so much fun to support an indian in an international sporting e*ent.. sighhh...
